Th civil defence can be the first line of defence, exactly like BSF is on the borders.
The riot police is standby for protection on need basis only.
Can see my earlier tweet explaining it.
Civil Defence is already present in all States. Can be upskilled.

சென்னை நகரின் சில பகுதிகளில் நாம் மேற்கொண்ட கள ஆய்வின்படி, பல டாஸ்மாக் மதுக்கடைகள், பள்ளிகள், வழிபாட்டுத்தலங்கள் மற்றும் பேருந்து நிலையங்களிலிருந்து 500 மீட்டர் தொலைவுக்குள்ளாகவே இயங்கி வருகின்றன.

தமிழகத்தின் ஒவ்வொரு மாவட்டத்திலும், இது போல, பள்ளிகள், வழிபாட்டுத்தலங்கள் மற்றும் பேருந்து நிலையங்களிலிருந்து 500 மீட்டர் தொலைவுக்குள்ளாக இயங்கும் டாஸ்மாக் கடைகளை மூட, மக்கள் நேரடியாகவோ, அல்லது நமது We the Leaders அமைப்பின் மூலமாகவோ, மாவட்ட ஆட்சியாளரிடம் மனு கொடுப்போம். மது அரக்கனை ஒழிக்க ஒன்றிணைவோம். தமிழ்நாட்டைக் காப்போம்.
