@British_Airways That’s not good enough, we have elderly people standing in a queue. Some of us have missed out on our slots in lounges, why do we bother getting here leaving plenty of time for our flight if you’re not going to do the same? We’ve now wasted both our time and money waiting on you.

The Indian office aren’t authorised to help add baggage that you’d told me was booked, but now apparently isn’t!
