@Jamie_rdfc @AFCRD It was a big rebuild with tiny budget, there were some strong players available on sensible wages but they wouldn’t do it. It needed time and a bit more money. Andy was a decent manager, but the setup needs to change and never is that more evident when a board member gets the job
