Recent evidence indicates that she likely unlawfully obtained U.S. citizenship.

If this is proven true, she should be charged with Voter Fraud in addition to Immigration Fraud, and be removed from Congress then Deported.

FLASHBACK: A fall 2016 profile from the local Twin Cities City Pages publication referred to Rep. Omar's father as "Nur Said Elmi Mohamed," before later changing it.

Per @realDSteinberg, classmates of "Ahmed N. Elmi," a graduate of high school in St. Paul, MN in 2003, claim he lived with the man identified as Ilhan Omar's father.

Leila Nur Said Elmi, the only such Elmi in the UK per Steinberg -- and Ahmed Nur Said Elmi's likely caretaker there when he was a child, lists "Nur Said Elmi" on her marriage certificate. Ilhan Omar's father was friends with her on Facebook.

Deleted pictures on social media put Ilhan Omar alongside what appears to be Leila Elmi, and Ilhan's father, in 2011 in Kenya.

Ilhan Omar appeared next to Leila in 2015 in London, in a photograph with text superimposed over it reading "I heart my sisters," with hashtags #sisterhood and #londontrip in the caption.

A Leila Elmi appears to have accompanied Ilhan Omar on a trip to Washington, D.C. in Dec. 2016 during a visit in which Omar claimed she was harassed by a cabbie while traveling with her "sister."

In 2013, Ilhan Omar wished "Nur Said" a happy Father's Day, only to delete it in Sept. 2019.

That same year, Omar celebrated the formation of Jubaland, a Somali state. Also that year, the congresswoman's brother-in-law, and a "Nur Said Elmi Mohamed," signed an open letter from the St. Anthony, Minnesota-based Jubaland Foundation regarding the formation of the state.

Somali naming convention says that if Nur Said Elmi Mohamed was the father, his children's names would end in "Nur Said Elmi."

So if he he had a son named Ahmed, Ahmed's full name would be Ahmed Nur Said Elmi.

If he had a daughter named Ilhan, her name would be Ilhan Nur Said Elmi.

Make of all that what you will in light of how the federal government refers to Omar as "Ilhan Nur Said Elmi."

The Department of Justice on Wednesday revealed in a court filing that the search warrant against Somali Rep. Ilhan Omar names her as “Ilhan Nur Said Elmi, a/k/a Ilhan Abdullahi Omar” and that the search warrants have not been fully executed or completed.

The revelation comes as the criminal fraud probe heats up and appears to be investigating various different crimes.

ILHAN OMAR: HOW PASSPORT FRAUD MAY BE ANOTHER AVENUE FOR PROSECUTION

Seasoned federal investigators know passport fraud may be another path to criminal charges.

18 U.S.C. § 1542 (False Statement in Application)

- Prohibits making any false statement in a passport application, using a passport obtained via false statements, or using a passport with an assumed/false name to hide criminal behavior

The 10-year statute of limitations on passport fraud is reset every time the individual renews their passport if the underlying application records, such as a Social Security Number, were obtained through fraud.

For example, the suspect lied about the true date and place of their birth to obtain a social security number.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS: AMERICAN TERRORIST

This legal strategy was used to obtain a holding charge for the American terrorist Anwar al-Awlaki after 9/11.

Anwar al-Awlaki was a dual U.S.-Yemeni citizen.

The radical cleric, who became a top al Qaeda leader, was born in Las Cruces, New Mexico, where his parents lived at the time.

He later grew up in Yemen.

When it was time for college, Awlaki gamed the system.

He applied for tuition assistance through the State Department and USAID to finance his studies at Colorado State University.

Awlaki was not eligible for financial support as a U.S. citizen, so he used his Yemeni passport (and false claims about his birthplace) to secure roughly $20,000 in scholarship money.

It was the beginning of the big grift.

When the Joint Terrorism Task Force investigated Awlaki after 9/11 for his relationship and material support of hijackers in San Diego and Virginia, a seasoned federal investigator ran down the scholarship scam.

Unfortunately, the statute of limitations had run out on the USAID tuition fraud. 

A State Department Diplomatic Security Agent then discovered Awlaki made false statements to secure a J-1 visa (a non-immigrant visa for educational purposes.)

Once in the U.S., Awlaki applied for a Social Security Number, falsely claiming he was born in Yemen.

Awlaki used the fraudulently obtained Social Security Number to fraudulently obtain a U.S. passport.

The 10-year statute of limitations reset every time the American terrorist renewed his passport.

Apparently an independent investigation into Ilhan Omar marrying her brother was conducted during the Biden Administration and the DOJ refused to act on it. DNA from Omar and Elmi were collected and the report showed:

“clear scientific analysis that is 99.999998% accurate per lab likelihood ratio that Omar and Elmi are biological full siblings.”

New court documents unsealed reveal Ilhan Omar has been living under a fraudulent identity...her real name is Ilhan Nur Said Elmi.

This could mean every single government document she has ever filled out has been fraudulent. Her whole time in America she has been trying to cover up who she is.

Also interesting to note that her brother’s name is Ahmed Nur Said Elmi.

Her father was a high-ranking lieutenant in Somalia who fled war crimes. Her sister knows who Ilhan really is.

#News A BBC News article published in 2019 said that Rep. Ilhan Omar was born in Mogadishu in 1981 and described her as a 37-year-old mother of three.

The BBC piece appeared in March 2019, months before Omar's staff requested an official change to her birth year.

The BBC article praised her for being born in Africa and for being M*slim, then in the biographical section it read

“Ms. Omar was born the youngest of seven siblings in Somalia’s capital Mogadishu in 1981."

"Her mother died when she was two years old. Raised by her father and grandfather, the family fled the country during the Somali Civil War and spent four years in a Kenyan refugee camp before moving to the US in 1995.”

➡️The same article referred to her as “the 37-year-old mother of three.” That age calculation in early 2019 matches a 1981 birth year and does not match a 1982 birth year.

➡️At the time the BBC article ran, Minnesota Legislative Reference Library records listed her date of birth as October 4, 1981.

➡️Those records had carried the 1981 year throughout her service in the Minnesota House (2017–2019) and into the early months of her congressional term.

➡️An archived April 2019 page of the Biographical Directory of the U.S. Congress also listed her as born October 4, 1981, in Mogadishu.

➡️On May 17, 2019, Omar’s congressional staff contacted the Minnesota Legislative Reference Library and stated that the birth year was incorrect. They requested the change to 1982.

➡️The change was requested after Omar's opponent highlighted that Omar couldn't have been eligible for derivative citizenship because she was already 18 when her dad allegedly naturalized.

The library director summarized the request in a May 24, 2019, email:

“On May 17, 2019, Library staff were informed by Rep. Omar’s congressional staff that her birth year was incorrect and requested that we change it to 1982.”

The same email noted that staff were working to update Wikipedia and the Biographical Directory of the United States Congress.

The library’s current profile lists October 4, 1982, and includes this note:

“Her birth year is correct. It is incorrectly reported as 1981 in other sources."

"As of May 24, 2019, Rep. Omar’s congressional staff are working with Wikipedia and the U.S. House to correct her birth year in those sources.”

Deputy director David Schmidtke later confirmed to Snopes that the information was self-reported and that the library does not independently verify birthdates.

Under the law then in effect, derivative citizenship required the child to be an unmarried permanent resident under 18. A 1981 birth year would have made her 18 or 19 during 2000, depending on the exact month of her father’s naturalization.

A 1982 birth year would have kept her under 18 for most of that year.

WOW The BBC ran article from 2019 about Ilhan Omar that clearly states Omar was born in 1981.

A few months later Ilhan's staff changed her records in Minnesota to make her 17 not 18 when naturalizing.
