We are sovereign nations, NATO remains a defensive alliance, Article 5 is clear, the rest is your choice alone.

Je n'ai pas souvent été confronté à ces sujets, je suis en Étude de prix en EG, la majorité des projets que j'ai étudié jusque là sont portés par des bailleurs.

Here, all of PC player = 45+8 = 53% (47% on console)
Steam players = 8 / 53 = 15% of all PC players
And 85% of all PC players are on BattleNet/Blizzard App.

Anything you can find will be an estimation, we have nothing official from Blizzard, but all I could read since OW started on Steam stated that it represents 7-10% of all players.
