@JackBurnford@bookingcom They did the exact same to me last year. Cancelled over 5 bookings and told me I did it myself.When asked to show proof of this such as IP address that cancelled the bookings, they told me they don’t provide details of investigations. Haven’t used them since and never will again
@bookingcom you have cancelled a number of bookings for me today for no reason. I can only assume this was an accident but needs to be rectified immediately. I have sent you a private mail with the details

@bookingcom Replied to private message you sent me. Just to reiterate you cancelled multiple bookings for no reason including one that was past the point of free cancellation. The hotel was going to charge me the full fee for an incorrect cancellation that you put through. Please advise ASAP

@MrsAmo09@F1 I tried to buy 2 general admission tickets but got a payment error. Tried a few more times and got same error. Even though I have no tickets, they charged my card 6 times. Nobody answering my emails either
@UPS_Ireland Ordered an item from UK. Value €30. Quoted €15 shipping which no issue with. Due to brexit VAT of €10. No issue again here but UPS also charging an extra €18 handling fee. €30 item now costing €73. Disgrace. Why did initial shipping quote not cover all fees?
