@RoyalMailHelp I have a parcel that was paid to be Guaranteed Saturday 9am, it’s currently 10 to 9 and my tracking info still says “Your item is due to leave Chester MC to go to Home Counties North MC.” which doesn’t fill me with much hope.

My 3 month old son has a very particular and specialised formula from @KendamilUK, I ordered a large order from them over a week ago, to unbox it upon delivery today and there are FIFTEEN TINS of the incorrect formula. My son is now without formula, and no way of getting any!!!!
