@Joseph_Reed94@theoldzealand The way to do it would be to go up to 64 world cup teams and then have 16 groups, with the top 2 going to the world cup knockouts and the bottom 2 going to a separate knockout tournament. The problem is, nobody cares who the 33rd best team in the world is.
