This is Norway’s first app in 28 years. similarly, Morocco had a 20 year wc drought (1998-2018). they got better mainly due to work done by their fa’s (solid project, management, etc)

Each national team needs to be on a similar level to that of their competition or they miss out on participating. Can/don’t wanna develop their football? we wont see em
