Another takeaway is the value of engaging with hunters directly; to our knowledge this is one of the first studies in the Greater Mekong Region to directly discuss hunting practices with hunters themselves (more articles to come!). Thank you to @NatGeo for funding this work!

My grandma burnt all family photos and identity. My mom and dad were forced to married while they never known each other before.
