Great question. I don't want to overstate Shiftr's internal vetting process without giving you the exact details, but the focus is on matching companies with experienced technical specialists based on the actual requirements of the project, rather than simply matching keywords on a résumé.

For AI work specifically, I'd want the team to evaluate the person's hands-on experience against the company's stack, use case, and technical requirements.
