@leoxical @NeilJMcCutcheon @aGhoulfromEldia I wonder if more exposure is needed post teaching. Most modern coursebooks take an exposure 1st, then teaching, then straight to practice route.
I find encountering things I've explicitly learned in texts later very helpful, and I almost never notice them without teaching first.
