@ScotsmanHomeIce we have never had such a terrible experience with a company. A $3000 ice machine that worked less than a year before breaking in March. Constant runaround since then, endless reasons why it can't be fixed and it's not their fault.

Ryan Halverson, apparently the regional service manager, hasn't returned probably 10 voicemails and emails over the last few weeks. Absolutely appalling customer service for a machine under warranty. Advice: never work with @ScotsmanHomeIce . You'll thank me later
