Hello,

I am a citizen of the USA and resident of Texas, my name is Stephen which carries a 33 vibration. Recently there has been a lot of discussion on AI and the potential doom it may bring. I have developed a unique way to create AI guardrails and I currently have a pending USPTO patent on this technology. With AI Technical rules matter. These AI agents need a system that provides it a stable human voice: what a highly functional person would say, how they would say it, and what they would refuse.

I was born 11/7/XXXX I work from a 174 vibration.
I use numerology and astrology as a values-and-personality map — a guardrail overlay, not a replacement for code. It is possible to create AI guardrails.

I built several applications based upon this design:
• SoulScript — generates what that person would say and how they would say it, instead of my voice or a generic chatbot
• an AI judge and court system — competing claims, a reasoned finding, not a one-shot answer

Different maps could also offset one AI against another, so models are not interchangeable copies.

I am not asking you to put astrology in statute. I am asking for a staff briefing and a short demo. If AI is going into speech, commerce, and judgment, the public needs a defined human profile it can hold to account.

This is just small example of what I have been able to build with AI technolgy in less then 6 months of time. Please Dont buy into the doom. There are solutions to the future.
