ASO2013 batch are working diligently for the last 7 yrs without promotion & have completed 8 yrs of approved service. These ASOs have the same right to promotion that of other cadres. @DoPTGoI give adhoc promotion.

-the ASO2013 who are eligible for promotion due to huge vacancy in SO grade

What can be more unfortunate than withholding up of your promotion request by same Dept(@DoPTGoI) who is currently running a massive employment campaign to fill existing vacancy & has also been asked by @PMOIndia to create new jobs

Many of 2013 Batch ASOs are processing the promotion cases of employees of various other services on daily basis.
