Here are the optimal "Repel Tricks" for the North, East, South, and West areas.
If the level of the first un-fainted Pokémon in your party matches these levels and you use a repel, you'll have higher chances to find the special RARE spawns!

Bring a Pokémon with Illuminate with you (front of the party, can be fainted) to get spawns 50% faster!
Stack that with White Flute for ever lower step usage.
