When doing the seasonal tasks you get to a point where you turn in a laptop you find on Streets to either Fence or Mechanic. If you turn in the laptop to Fence instead of Mechanic you fail the quest "[KORD BREACH] Consequences of Our Decisions" which is required to complete to unlock one of the seasonal rewards.

Basically you cant unlock one of the seasonal rewards without restarting your character if you don't do the Mechanic quest. Pretty lame @bstategames please change this.

@JosephSackett5 @nikgeneburn Learn a little bit about why it’s so hard to combat cheating, you’ll realize devs are always being reactive to cheats as they come along because cheat devs simply create new ways to avoid detection systems. it’s a game of cat and mouse
