@roiste_de@DarraghOBrienTD Vw id3. 5 years old. Depreciated alot in the first 2 years and then levelled off. Depreciation means little to me as I tend to keep cars for a long time anyway. If you were changing every year it would be painful
@roiste_de@DarraghOBrienTD There haven't been any repairs. Overnight esb rate rose from 7c per kwh to 9c per kwh. Second hand depreciation for my particular car is on a par with its ice equivalent. Most people knocking ev's have zero actual experience of ev ownership
@SeanDubIreland@DarraghOBrienTD I have an id3. Tyres, €80 each. Wiper blades front and back, €30. And what service did you have on the id4 that cost €380? All the above sounds very excessive to me buy admittedly I don't have an id4. Think I've spent about €300 on servicing in almost 5 years. Had to.........
@hereforthedish@JeffRegan476223@mikodonnell He's rattled as fuck now. He'll come back with some half wit comment any second now. His head is about to explode he's thinking that hard 😁
@darrenmountaine@DarraghOBrienTD How do you make that out? Ev's are much cheaper to buy than their ice equivalent and you can charge at home for pennies
@BettySwollock@neilmwhite Why are you numpties obsessed with batteries dying. The amount that actually fail is miniscule compared to ICE engine failure. You really should try to educate yourselves a bit better
