@SquiffJiffman @TurboGolfRacing It is likely to be related to port forwarding. A good test would be to plug the console directly into the internet, bypassing the router. If that works then you may need to set up port forwarding on your router.

@AmazonHelp I have today received a letter and not the item I ordered. The letter asks me to call a number to arrange delivery. When I call I get a Vodafone answer machine. This is obviously not normal amazon practice. Please help.
