@TUIUK I’ve tried to ring your customer services for the past 2days and I’ve spent over 3 hours in total on hold. I had paid for baggage, however it hasn’t been transferred to my new easyJet flight and easyJet can’t do anything because it’s booked through you! I fly 12/5, 7am.
