The truth is Iran - N Korea level of sanctions will never be really used on Israel. And for the rest sanctions you can find plenty of people to handle the paperwork.

Some people asking how Singapore managed to do it. Well today we looks democratic. But back in 1960s when we are under threat we have no problem mass arresting communists traitors. You can search Operation Coldstore as an example.

So basically how we did it: first you arrest communist activists, then you talk about good governance and people's trust, and continue to crack down radicalized people.

Pro pali burning themselves is ok. For radicalized mentally unwell people like this, it's either kill themselves for attention or shoot bunch of guys for no reason. Burning themselves is the preferable outcome for society. Which they neutralize themselves for free and stop being a threat.

Democracy is a political system. Any political system is a tool to get what you want, such as good life, freedom or other things. But a tool is definitely not the most important thing, it can't be more important than the objective itself. If it works then good. If it doesn't work then you need to change. Democracy is NOT what matters most.

You don't need go full communists dictatorship to find a gov willing to crash rioters. And also CCP once state sponsored rioters to ruin and burn Chinese ancient building in Cultural Revolution. That's why lots of Chinese ancient style tourist attractions are actually buildings younger than you. CCP is last guy can comment on protection of culture heritage.

I wish CCP is the based anti replacement guy in the room but sadly they aren't. China is just 10-15 years back in the cycle because they just opened to foreign workers very recently. But when you go some parts of Beijing and Guangzhou there are already lots of foreigners. Check back in 20 years communists will ruin China as well.
