Ich erfahre gerade von der ÖBB, dass die Fahrpläne für leere Züge errechnet werden. Wenn dann doch jemand einsteigt, kommt es „halt“ zu Verspätungen. Die Logik ist wohl, dass sich dann auch die Fahrgäste und nicht die ÖBB für die systematischen Verspätungen entschuldigen müssen.
