@AmazonHelp hello! My order wasn’t delivered (RM confirmed that it never arrived at my address despite the tracking and it’s now lost- they’ve given me a ref no) and the seller won’t resolve. I’ve contacted you by phone but not getting anywhere. Can you help please?

@AmazonHelp Phone Amazon CS contacted the seller to explain. But the seller just keeps sending the tracking which Royal Mail have confirmed is wrong.

I’ve sent them the RM reference to go through the claim process as they’re the sender.

CS said they would be call Saturday but didn’t
