@Tideco5 is recruiting volunteers to support the community during flood events. Training will be provided. Volunteers meet regularly with @ClacksCouncil @ClackmanPolice @Tilly_Fire@scotfloodforum. If you are interested in joining a dedicated team of volunteers, please contact us
Tideco volunteers responded to today's rain event. Take care travelling up Fir Park as the road has popped where it has been patched near the primary school. Popped manhole covers on the main street have now been put back in place.
@Tideco5 flood volunteers were out and about last night and through the night keeping an eye on flood risk areas in Tilly, Coalsnaughton and Devonshire. If you're aware of any more flash flooding hot spots please get in touch.
Delighted @scottish_water is championing keeping wet wipes out of our sewers with local groups and schools. Let's rid our beautiful environment of single use plastics & reduce flooding risk to residents.
