I fell in love with this scripture:
“There will come a time when your tears will fall, not because of your troubles, but because God has answered your prayers.”

He drives a school bus in Dallas, Texas. But the kids on his route call him something else — Dad.
Every morning before the sun is fully up, Curtis Jenkins pulls his yellow school bus to the curb and waits. Not just to pick up kids. To see them.
For seven years, Curtis noticed things other people missed. The little girl who folded her paper lunch bag perfectly every day but left it on the bus — because there was nothing inside. The boy whose shoes were too small. The kids who got on quiet, eyes down, carrying weight no child should have to carry alone.
So Curtis did something simple. He made his bus a community.
He gave every child a job — a greeter, an assistant, a "police officer" keeping order in the aisles. Every morning he'd call out, "We're going to care about each other and love everybody, right?" And 50 small voices would answer back.
But it didn't stop there.
Over the years, Curtis spent thousands of dollars of his own money — money he saved by skipping his own Christmas gifts with his wife — on birthday cards, bikes, backpacks, turkeys at Thanksgiving, and 70 hand-wrapped Christmas presents. He didn't buy random gifts. He asked each child what they wanted. Then he went and got exactly that.
No donation page. No announcement. No cameras.
When the story finally got out and people questioned how a bus driver could afford it, Curtis just smiled.
"It doesn't take money. It takes discipline."
But here's the part that will stay with you.
When a reporter asked the kids what they loved most about Curtis — not one of them mentioned the gifts.
A fifth grader named Ethan, whose parents had divorced when he was four, looked up and said quietly:
"He's the father that I always wanted. In some ways, I wish my dad could have been like that."
Curtis heard it. Didn't flinch. Just nodded.
"That's the paycheck right there," he said later. "If I can get that, you can keep the money."
He wasn't looking for a medal. He wasn't going viral on purpose. He was just a man who decided, every single morning, that his bus would be the safest place those kids walked into all day.
Sometimes the person who changes a child's life forever isn't a teacher or a coach or a counselor.
Sometimes it's the person behind the wheel of a yellow bus at 7 a.m. — who chose to show up, and chose to care, when nobody was asking him to.

According to the mother: This happened today at around 4:00am. My son woke up saying his chest was hurting and that he needed to see a doctor. Normally I try to avoid rushing to the hospital because I know how he can be, but this time I decided to take him anyway.
On the way there he actually fell asleep, and for a moment I even thought of turning back. But something told me to keep going, so I drove straight to casualty at Groote Schuur Hospital.
Nothing could have prepared me for what I was about to witness in the next two hours.
About two hours later, a woman came rushing into casualty screaming in a way that cuts straight through your heart. She was carrying her little daughter, who looked about 7 or 8 years old. The pain in that mother’s cry was something I will never forget.
Doctors rushed to help, and after a few minutes they came back and told the mother that her daughter was gone.
The mother let out the most heartbreaking scream. Everyone in that casualty fell silent.
But then something incredible happened.
Instead of collapsing, the mother suddenly started praying loudly.
“Lord remember me! Lord remember me! It’s me your servant. I have served you faithfully. You are not a man that you should lie!”
At that moment I found myself sitting there crying, and I didn’t even realise when I started praying with her. She began praying in tongues, and I joined in.
About an hour and a half later, the doctors came back again. The mother saw them and immediately asked, “Is she alive?”
And the doctor said something I will never forget:
“Yes… we’re preparing a bed for her in ICU.”
The entire room froze.
The mother screamed again, but this time it was different. She started thanking God, shouting “Jesus, you are faithful!”
What amazed me even more is that she didn’t run to go see her daughter immediately. She stayed there for another hour, still praying and thanking God.
All I can say is this: I recommend Jesus. I truly do.
Because today, with my own eyes, I witnessed something that felt like a miracle — the power of prayer.
There’s probably only a 1% chance that woman will ever read this, but if she does, I want her to know that she changed my life today.
I will never forget this day.

Jesus said, "Don’t worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food and the body more than clothing?" Matthew 6:25
Some days ago my husband gave our toddler one hot scolding
This small man of God likes to throw his toys from a height and watch them make loud sounds as they hit the floor
I’m not sure why
So my husband scolded him seriously
Even me in my mind I was like “is this shout not too hot for this small boy”?
(Later we will talk about how mothers will spoil their babies if you leave them because I don’t like people shouting at my baby🥹)
Anyway back to the story
That’s how the small man of God started crying o
Even me I felt my heart melt
Guess what this boy did though?
As he was crying and tears were streaming down his face, he started crawling towards his daddy
Went to him and put his arm around his neck
My husband too held him and started loving up on him
In that moment I think the Fathrhood of Christ became real to me all over again
The fact that a true son doesn’t run away from the Father even in the face of chastisement
He runs towards the Father more instead
A scripture that comes to mind was when Jesus shouted at the disciples and said “have ye no faith”??
And their reply was “Lord help our unbelief”
As you journey in your faith walk with Jesus, whenever you see your failings and your mistakes, don’t run away from the Father
Go to Him
Plead for mercy
Ask Him to give you more grace and increase your faith
Be like my small man of God.
Blessings.
Tattoos in women are symbols of sexual and psychological trauma.
If you date such a woman, you end up carrying her emotional trauma caused by someone else.
You end up living with her ghosts.
You end up soaking up pain, drama and chaos that have nothing to do with you.
