@TfL @MayorofLondon Neither of you have complied with complaints processes and acknowledged my concerns about the Elizabeth Line all week. Today I ran for a train that was allegedly due as per the board, it was cancelled between me getting from the ticket barrier to the platform

@TfL @MayorofLondon we’ve now been told the next train won’t arrive for approximately 30 minutes. The staff have said this is part of their decompression protocol to prevent overcrowding. There’s a lack of understanding as to what decompression means, this protocol is dangerous!

@TfL @MayorofLondon yet another day of delays on the Elizabeth Line. This time staff are refusing to let passengers through the barriers and staff are being completely unhelpful about what we can do. Many of us cannot find alternative routes and trains are being cancelled

@PaperedSpaces @TfL @MayorofLondon It’s an absolute joke they need to have a whole scale review. If this happened in any other sector there would be an independent review and executives would be instructed to resign!

@TfL @MayorofLondon why is it for a 10th consecutive day in a row that we have had persistent delays and cancellations on the Elizabeth Line??? The line is meant to be high speed but is on average taking twice as long. Everytime we apply for refunds as per TfL we are declined.

@TfL @andyburnham To add to this, there are dangerous levels of overcrowding on trains as numerous trains are only running in the tunnels.

This morning we were thrown off at Paddington Mainline only to walk downstairs and genuinely have 5 back to back empty trains! Learn to roster properly!

I work for the NHS and have had to find cover to support one of the wards in my hospital for a 3rd morning in a row due to gross negligence and mismanagement of @TfL

It’s so irritating that loads of celebrities are rainbow washing in June, posting for IWD in March and in July are supporting one of the most corrupt, homophobic, transphobic, racist and misogynistic sports organisations coz the check was big!

@ElizabethLn_Bot @TfL We are one of the only cities in the world that cannot cope with weather related issues. The trains are overcrowded due to delays creating safety issues and putting your residents at risk of heat related health issues when the NHS is already under pressure @MayorofLondon @TfL

@MayorofLondon please can we have an urgent update about what measures you are putting in place to update the infrastructure of London transport so that anytime there is a sudden change in the weather or temperature it doesn’t bring the network to a standstill.

The @ElizabethLn_Bot has cancelled every train for the last 20 minutes and are unable to predict if the trains will be arriving within the next 2 minutes. I would have thought this to be a fairly basic issue @TfL would be able to address. They will use the weather as an excuse
