@nslsc I haven’t missed a payment since Graduating in 2014. They have ALWAYS BEEN PREAUTHORIZED. Nor did I have to re-register for preauthorized payments after @nslsc made the mistake of a missed payment. All other payments were taken since then without problem

After @nslsc failed to take a PREAUTHORIZED PAYMENT from my account in November, I made an extra payment through the website. I am NOT behind on any payments. Now to be told I have to pay a missing payment immediately or my RAP will be cancelled and I won’t be able to reapply??
