@VividSeats My 13-year-old son and I traveled all the way from Chicago to see the Tame Impala/Djo concert in Toronto tonight for his birthday. We were denied entry due to duplicated tickets. My kid was crying at the gate, and I’m out hundreds of dollars. Waiting for that refund!
