Do everything you can to maximize neuroplasticity.
New restaurants. New cafes. New seat in the cafe. New music. New workouts. New hobbies. New languages. New countries.
Yes, consistency is important, but if you want to access new thinking and creativity, you have to have new experiences, and you have to have them often.
He’s no longer going to Mars. His cars still don’t self-dive.DOGE didn’t save a dime and his SpaceX IPO will soon be the largest pump and dump scam in history. He’s a total fraud.
I feel like some White House reporter needs to ask Trump about the fact that his DOJ has lost 16 straight cases to access state voter rolls and that in 7 of the cases it was before judges he nominated.
Oh and point out that I am still not tired of winning.
just watched my dog squeak a ball for 15 minutes and thought “wow dogs are so easily entertained.” Then I realized I just watched my dog squeak a ball for 15 minutes.

Blue Angel pilot: I made a calculation error, did not mean to do that, and I’m very shaken up by the incident
You need boredom. A lot of it. Start by going on walks without music. No stimulation. No distractions of any kind. If you learn to sit with your own thoughts, for long enough, in time they will start serving you. You'll start having ideas once again. You'll start developing an extreme sense of clarity that will shift you into the next stage of your life. All by being bored, which is pretty insane.
The quickest way to “get your spark back” is to literally light yourself on fire. You’ve got to burn baby. You’re depressed bc you’re not being insane enough. Double. Down. The world does not reward half ass. All in or out. You’re thinking too small. You’ve accepted your current reality as the only reality. Bullshit. You need to write a list of the most insane asks you could ever dream of. “I am a NYT best selling author. I am the founder of a Fortune 500 company. I paint for a living and I make a damn good living.” Ask and you shall receive. Embody and you become. Flip the fucking script. Your current ceiling is now the floor. Level up.
You need to burn.
There’s a lady on TikTok whose whole account is showing you how little time it takes to clean up that mess, send that email, or close those little open loops and it’s the most wholesome and effective psyop I’ve ever been exposed to.
Researchers noticed a strange pattern: major life shifts often happen not after years of therapy, but after a single strong travel experience. People come back from a trip and suddenly quit jobs, end relationships, change cities, or finally start something they postponed for years.
A psychologist explained: "Travel breaks the illusion that your current life is the only possible one." Therapy works with words, travel works with direct experience.
When you travel, your brain is forced out of autopilot. New streets, languages, food, faces — the nervous system can't rely on old scripts.
This creates what scientists call a
"plastic window," when decisions are rewritten faster. One woman said: "After two weeks abroad, I realized I was living someone else's life." That realization didn't come from analysis, but from contrast.
