WORLD LABEL ROAD RACE

Yesterday even, hon @OgwangOgwang calls me and says Amos, I realize people don’t know the magnitude of what RWENZORI MARATHON can become.

He adds, I have engaged many other ministers and extensively discussed @RwenzoriMarathn as an international event and what support it needs.

Beyond money, Rwenzori marathon needs many things,

1 - security, when New York marathon is happening, national guard is involved because many countries are involved

2- Medical facilities, kasese, Fortportal and mbarara need enhanced medical facilities for runners because world athletics is strict with this.

3- ministry of works for road clearances and making sure the world certified route is in top conditions.

4- ministry of trade and investments, the people who come for Rwenzori Marathon, many are very high profile, won’t mention some who came last year.

5 - ministry of internal affairs for quicker clearances

6- agriculture, food is one of the biggest beneficiaries during this international marathon called Rwenzori marathon.

7- Quality of accommodations in kasese, Fortportal , mbarara must go up since we shall be able to fill accommodations even in Mbarara next year God willing if no silly EBOLA stories.
