@Carolyn043020 @PhilSpencerTV Worst case, they will only have to pay stamp duty on the 25k, so i doubt that will put them off if I'm honest.
I assume you'd be looking for offers at around 515k anyway, so that'd only be 15k they'd need to pay stamp duty on.
