💉💊Treatment
♦️Mild to moderate cases can be managed conservatively with IV fluid, hydration and loop Diuretics.
♦️Administration of Calcium counteract neurologic/muscular manifestations.
♦️RRT--in sever cases or in patients with severely impaired kidney function.

Clinical presentation
🩺Mild cases-lethargy, drowsiness, Nausea, and vomiting.
🩺Severe hypomagnesemia (>7.2mg/dl)--leads to cardiorespiratory depression and lose of tendon reflexes
🩺Mg2+ level >12mg/dl may lead to paralysis, cardiac arrest,coma and even death.
