Ethiopian Airstrike Targets Tigray Civilians, Killing Four

A devastating drone strike on Finarwa, a rural town in #Tigray, has killed four civilians and left six others severely injured. Those killed were the truck driver and three youths loading sheep and goats onto the truck.

Burn scars visible in satellite imagery confirm the ENDF drone strikes on a secondary school in Ahsea district, Tigray, northern Ethiopia 🇪🇹, consistent with local reports & fire anomalies detected by NASA FIRMS.

Another burn scar/scorched area is visible at Ahsea Health Centre.

Ethiopian Airstrikes Continue to Target Tigray Civilians

Ethiopia has intensified its air campaign in civilian-populated areas of #Tigray. This video shows residents mourning loved ones as they gather amid the ruins of homes that were reduced to rubble by the babaric airstrikes.

Confirmed: ENDF 🇪🇹 drones struck a secondary school in Ahsea district, northern Tigray, three times in succession, leaving it almost completely destroyed. Multiple civilian casualties are also reported.

The footage below shows fires raging at the school following the strikes.

7th October 2026 - "The U.N. and its humanitarian partners continue to monitor the situation and access issues in the north, where continued hostilities are driving new displacement and humanitarian needs. We are working to scale-up life-saving assistance wherever access permits, despite limited funding and fuel availability, among other constraints. In #Tigray, the U.N. is also concerned about reports that health services are at risk of disruption.

Humanitarian colleagues tell that any interruption would have serious consequences for people who depend on these health services, particularly as conflict escalates and the humanitarian needs deepen."
