@DrewPavlou It's stated in the budget and public hearings that the $13m is part of the total scheme. Not just the bins. It's incredibly unlikely that it's as significant of a cost in comparison to what else is needed for the scheme.

After the release of Nike's Q2 2024 financial results, they lost 25B in market cap in a day, and shares hit their lowest since 2018. Decling -32% since the beginning of 2024. Ouch.
