Again, on 26th May 2026, when I contacted him, he stated that the mechanics were assigned to another job and the installation was postponed once more.

Today, on 27th May 2026, when I called again, I was directly told that the installation would still not be done.

On 25th May 2026, I received a call from 7873135790 regarding the installation and was provided another technician’s number 9861564713. When I contacted him, he informed me that installation would not be possible that day and assured me it would be done on 26th May 2026.

My return window closes on 28th May 2026. If the installation is not completed immediately, I will be forced to return the product.

I sincerely hope this issue is resolved urgently and appropriate action is taken regarding this poor customer service experience.

This has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. As a customer, I trusted both Flipkart and Voltas while purchasing this product. If proper installation service cannot be provided on time, then such commitments should not be made to customers.
