Hey Mina fam,
It’s been a while since we’ve been quiet, too long since we launched a competition or released any new features in a while.

Before diving deeper into what’s next, we as the TileVille team truly appreciate our community and your constant support, and the same goes for the entire Mina community.

We’ve been building TileVille with everything we had.
What started with two devs in late 2023 turned into long nights, wild ideas, wins, flops, and breakthroughs, and somehow, we ended up as one of the top 3 live projects on Mina.

But more than any stat, what mattered to us was you.
The people who played both real competitions and demo games. Who minted NFTs. Who rooted for us.
That’s what kept us going.

What we’ve done together 💪
Thanks to the Mina Foundation and this community we actually built stuff:

✅ 19+ community competitions hosted and 5,617 games played as part of those competitions.

✅ Over 10,000 MINA given back to players.

✅ Helped @memezkgod , @MinatyAPC , @MinaPunksNFT , and @ZekoProtocol teams launch their NFT collections on TileVille Marketplace — while charging only enough to cover our infrastructure costs.

✅ Launched PvP mode.

✅ Helped @ZekoProtocol launch 1,000 gasless NFTs — all minted within a few days.

We showed up.
We always tried to be honest. Transparent. Consistent.

But now we’re here, and we’re out of fuel.

I’m going to speak openly. No clickbait, no sugarcoating.

Just honesty.

I feel like I’ve failed.

I see @MinatyAPC as a failure.

I wanted to create a space for Mina OGs, with a VIP NFT pass, real collabs, and a strong community.

➤ First mistake: I couldn’t deliver on that promise. The real fans left.

Then I tried to relaunch with narrative content - Echo Protocol.

➤ Second mistake: I couldn’t keep up. Too many things to manage, and I was alone.

I tried to turn MAPC into a zk hub and unify projects around it.

➤ Third mistake: without a solid base, no project wanted to engage.

Finally, I wanted to turn the collection into an evolving series with different themes.

➤ Fourth mistake: no devs, no tools, no time.

MAPC means a lot to me. I’m afraid to let it go.

I think of those who supported it:

My designer, my CM, the Lynkers, the few loyal voices.

But still, I’m drained.

I feel like I’m pouring energy into something no one really cares about.

I’m one step away from breaking everything down not to quit,

But to rebuild something simple, clear, fun, and truly useful.

Maybe I went too deep into complexity.

Maybe it’s time to come back to what really matters.

Thank you to everyone who’s followed the journey so far.

I don’t know exactly what comes next.

But I do know what I don’t want anymore.

In conclusion, MAPC is on standby. I don't know if this project will come back to the fore, but right now I need to refocus on the important things.

-Creating content for Mina and ZK projects.

-Supporting the whole ecosystem.

-Working and enjoying ZKULTURE.

If this project has meant anything to you, or if you have any honest comments, I'd love to hear them.

If this project ever meant something to you, or if you have honest feedback, I’d love to hear it.
