Today in Rome, I could see different government delegates from other countries, including China and Singapore, right here to support their students for International STEM Olympiad.
No single government delegate from Nigeria.
Is this how much our government abhors education?
The building in the first frame has been trending since yesterday. Isaac Fayose, who sparked the trend, claimed that the building (belonging to an unnamed Senator) is located in Asokoro, Abuja.
Well, I did a quick check and what I found is mind-blowing.
The modern castle belongs to Senator Kenneth Eze Emeka, a senator representing the Ebonyi Central Senatorial District, under the APC.
Before being elected, for the first time, to the Senate, in 2023, he had served as the Executive Chairman of Ezza South LGA.
Strikingly, he built this mansion shortly after becoming a Senator. What's worse? He is from one of the poorest LGAs in the South East.
Before venturing into politics, Senator Ken Eze - as he’s fondly called - had not held any official top management position in the private sector. His only pathway to wealth was politics.
How did he climb in politics? He is a close friend of the former Ebonyi state governor, Dave Umahi. After helping Umahi win the 2015 governorship election, Senator Ken Eze was rewarded with the LGA Chairman position, through which he accumulated wealth and rose to the Senate.✍️
Just look at what Alex Onyia is doing with his own money. See the lives he’s changing without holding any public office.
These are the kinds of people we need in leadership, people with a proven track record of creating impact, not money nah water billionaires who have little to show in terms of improving people’s lives.
POOJA lost his phone in an American stadium after the Congo game, and he recovered it within an hour. He celebrated it with all praise to the American system.
But here in Nigeria, he is supporting those stealing our commonwealth. He's happy America works, and happy his own country does not work.
Which kind of self hate is this?
When we criticize religious leaders for failing to call out bad leadership, and for extravagant spending on large auditoriums while people suffer from lack of jobs and hospitals, people say we should face the leaders and leave the religious houses out of it because they’re not the government. I agree, they’re not the government. Pastors shouldn’t be held accountable for the lack of good roads, hospitals, or schools for the average person.
But now, tell me, why are these same pastors trying to convince the average person that the work of security is in the hands of God, and that the government has done its best? Are you people not mad like this?
God is not building us hospitals. God has looked away from our bad roads. God seems not to be interested in building factories for us. And, quite frankly, we’re not angry with Him for looking away from all of this, because we have a government that collects our taxes, manages our resources, controls our money, and regulates our trades. That government has access to our national treasury, and all we’re asking of them is to use what we have to build a society where humans can live.
And now you, who have been saying we should leave you alone because you are not that government, are telling us that our security can only be fixed by God? You mean the God who has abandoned our schools, our hospitals, our roads, and has failed to build us a single factory? You mean that God will now go into the bush to rescue the children He watched get kidnapped?
Again, are you people not mad like this?
Here is the honest version of the conversation Western politicians will not have with their citizens:
The standard of living you have is not fully explained by your productivity, your innovation, or your cultural values.
A significant, structural, foundational part of it is explained by a global economic architecture that prices the labor and resources of poorer countries below their actual value, then transfers the difference to you.
That architecture is maintained by institutions, trade agreements, debt structures, and, when necessary, military force.
As that architecture weakens, as more countries develop the political will and the coalitions to renegotiate its terms, your cost of living will rise.
Not because you are being attacked.
Not because your enemies are winning.
But because the gap is closing.
Because people who were paid nothing are demanding something.
Because resources that were taken are now being sold.
The honest political leader would say:
This is coming. Let us figure out together how to build an economy that does not depend on other people's poverty.
No Western political leader will say this.
Because the voter who hears it will feel it as an attack.
Because justice, when you have built your life on injustice, always arrives wearing the face of an enemy.
I remember when this handle used to attack me for being a "crazy conspiracy theorist."
As always, I'm grateful for how time eventually clears whatever is blocking everyone's eyes.
@Abu_The_Truth Adeboye is an asset of foreign intelligence. Whether it’s Mi6 or mossad or the CIA or all of them combined, I know not.
This is why he must be tried for treason. The amount of damage his organization has caused us as a country is inestimable.
He cannot get a monopoly is the only reason it didn't work. Everywhere he's failed. It's because he failed to get a monopoly or something close.
Dangote having a banking monopoly. Withdrawal fee go be like N5k for every N20k transaction.
He is making valid point, but it is harder for Nigerians and I'll explain.
A Chinese neighbour told my Dad she needed N2billion naira loan and wanted to know how she could access it. My dad told her to go to the bank. She said the interest rate was too high that she would rather fly to China to get it at 2%. That is N40m on N2b
How do you compete with that? Most Nigerians don't have that leverage.
Sometimes, the only way to retain your respect is to consistently keep quiet.
This is unbelievably shameful. Unbelievable.
This is how your reinforce stereotypes they've been slapping your industry with.
Na why all of una dey build Mansion with Asabawood.
We can finally stop pretending we don’t know how OpenAI and the rest of the Silicon Valley AI cartel intend to stay profitable.
The answer is, and always has been, war.
If you consider the monstrous infrastructure required to sustain these systems.
We are talking about colossal, billion-dollar data centers.
We are talking about tens of millions of dollars burned daily just on cooling systems, the relentless, devastating strip-mining of the earth for rare-earth metals to build their GPUs, and the astronomical power consumption required to train these massive models.
Then you'd realise that there is absolutely no way they are recouping hundreds of billions of dollars from $20 monthly subscriptions and a handful of API tokens.
Every single wire, every server farm, and every algorithm was designed from the ground up for military contracts, autonomous weapons, and global surveillance.
Mega-corporations are the true, unmasked face of evil we need to fear and not the pathetic, spineless puppet politicians they buy, lobby, and install into power to act as their PR mouthpieces.
People condemn the "British Empire" for its savage imperialism in Nigeria, completely forgetting the Royal Niger Company, the ruthless, profit-driven private corporation that actually bought, sold, and brutalized the region while hiding behind a corporate charter.
People remember Hitler as the singular monster of the Holocaust, but they conveniently grant amnesia to IBM, who built the punch-card tracking systems that organized the extermination camps.
They forget JP Morgan, British Petroleum, Standard Oil, IG Farben, and the rest of the corporate titans that funded the fascist machine, supplied the fuel, and provided the logistical backbone that made such an industrialized horror a reality.
People blame George W. Bush for the Iraq War which turned into dirty slaughterhouse that eradicated millions of Arab lives and sacrificed thousands of American troops.
But they conveniently look the other way when it comes to Halliburton, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, and the rest of the defense and oil conglomerates that bathed in the blood of the Middle East and walked away pocketing hundreds of billions of dollars.
You look at these slick, modern corporations with their fancy campuses and you wonder how they sustain their endless wealth? The answer is terror, the answer is wars and endless wars.
If the American hegemony were to miraculously collapse tomorrow, do you really think the wars would stop? Nope, not even for a second.
These corporate parasites hold no loyalty to any flag.
They will simply and happily pack up, migrate to another global superpower, change their letterheads, shuffle a few board members, and continue spreading terror and devastation across the globe to feed their own insatiable greed.
It is an endless cycle of parasitic migration: from Britain, to Germany, and then directly into the veins of America.
America today will beat its chest on the global stage, claiming to be the supreme fighter of "Antisemitism" and the supreme defender of human rights.
Yet they conveniently omit that after World War II, under Operation Paperclip, the United States gleefully absorbed the very architects of the Nazi regime.
It was the exact same fascist scientists, the complicit corporate bankers, the brutal intelligence officers, the chemical engineers, and the rocket manufacturers who facilitated the Holocaust that moved to America.
The US swallowed them whole, along with their blood-stained equipment, their stolen trade secrets, and their patents.
The only difference now is the crosshairs. Their target is no longer European Jews; the crosshairs are fixed squarely on the rest of the Global South. The names of the companies and their leaders have all changed, but the core, venomous philosophy of absolute imperialism is still very much alive, breathing, and hungry for its next war.
I don’t get why y’all be having a problem with the people paying for a creator’s service tho.
You watch for free & you learn something, the client gets their visibility/marketing and the creators get paid. Everybody is happy!
The part you say is scripted is what stops you from scrolling away AKA “🪝”. Without that hook, his videos won’t do these numbers.
Femi Gbajabiamila's Law license was revoked for stealing client's money in the US.
Tinubu forfeited $460,000 drug funds in Chicago.
Dapo was guilty of credit card scam abroad.
Won't be surprised if Hushpuppy comes back, joins the APC and wins an election.
