The idea that someone should never cry has probably caused more damage than crying itself. Bottling everything up until it turns into anger or numbness, isn’t strength.

@EndgameaiChess There's no money to be made in chess. Something needs to change. Less than 1% of the people that play make a living at it... and even then it's not great money. Magnus is the exception because he knew how to market himself. Hikaru should be making at least $1 million/year.

@peta A dog gets loose and hurts someone... what do you do? Who is to blame?
If we have to chain a dog... watch them, feed them, water, etc... give them attention. Don't just chain and ignore them.

@ImMeme0 Most people with children don't mind another child crying...parents seem to be more empathetic (Those with and without children, both feel sorry for each other).
I always take noise-canceling headsets when flying because the engine buzz can be worse than a crying child.
