So Life360 can’t track you if you make a quick pit stop? That explains why Allie McCabe’s data doesn’t show her stop at 34 Fairview? BUT just a day later, Jen McCabe’s Life360 showed her stopping at 34 Fairview when she and Kerry Roberts were on their way to Sgt. Lank’s house and Jen McCabe testified they were just driving by slowly and didn’t stop. So which is it?
Allie McCabe lied under oath in a murder trial. She never even went to 34 Fairview Road on the night John Okeefe was killed. Who drove Colin home? Why did she lie? How is her intent not to obstruct justice?
Does anyone think @adamdeitch would be campaigning with Karen Read if he thought there was any chance she got away with murder? He knows exactly what happened because he saw things at the federal grand jury that no one else has. This is why he’s running for district attorney.
It’s really incredible that for years now, the MSP, the McAlberts and their online accounts have tried to villianize Aidan Kearney, while at the exact same time they’ve vouched for and protected Michael Proctor. No one should believe a word they say about anything.
As a police officer, Michael Proctor was far more dangerous than any individual he’s ever apprehended. The real problem is with the culture within the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office that's allowed it and protected him. We cannot trust Greg Connor.
When reading this motion, keep in mind the McAlberts are co-defendants with Michael Proctor in Karen Read’s civil suit, defend him, and are hosting a fundraiser on Juneteenth, hosted by Kate Peter, who called the Black jury foreman an “Uncle Tom” due to his not guilty vote.
