@tombos21 And if medium stack villain is willing to go kamikaze and play chip EV, what adjustments do you make against them?
At the final table:
3b Ax suited/KJo against them doesn’t seem good because they’re shoving 77 for 35bb when there are 3 other stacks sub 10bb
@pmanprays@SavagePoker Did you ask for a floor? This seems like an appropriate time to have the floor make the ruling and not leaving it up to the dealer.
@SavagePoker 30k start 100/200 200

What do you think?
@audavidb@ChancesCards I’m sure your edge is real but I think your career results have been much larger than the edge itself. Luckily for you, you’ll never come close to realizing your true edge.
If you disagree you are just wrong and probably don’t understand variance.
@AndreasFroehli Don’t forget the ghosting and lying. If you owe someone money, maintaining communication is important.
It was also Linde’s understanding that Peter’s could not pay the remaining balance. I took that to mean he wasn’t going to be repaid the remaining balance ever.
@kwansfull Deep stack with ante plays different than deep stack w. no ante and most tournament players don’t study without ante. Very few tournament players study 200bb stack depths. “Deep stack” to a tournament player is 100bb.Deep stack to a cash game player is 200-1000bb. Not the same.
@AndreasFroehli Can you give some examples?
Easy fall into this self-improvement trap…a lot of these retreats have other “experts” that come up & give speeches that are just selling their version of improvement.They all network - if you come talk at my retreat I’ll come to yours & add value
@AndreasFroehli He teaches 1/2-5/10 stakes live players. It’s very rare to get ante games or play HU. Shorthanded happens sometimes but you don’t get to decide when that’s going to happen.
