Sen. Adam Schiff uses committee privilege to explain plainly what Jack Smith discovered. And more importantly, evidence Republicans don't want us to see.
@GuntherEagleman Trump did not get shot in the face. His wife can’t stand him, let alone sleep with him. And Trump literally shits his pants. Looks like you’re a loser.
@POTUS hey, convicted felon, in your interview you said that President Biden pardoned everyone. Well, here's a comparison:
President Biden: 80 individually recorded pardons in four years.
The convicted felon: roughly 1,700 pardons less than two years into your second term.

🇺🇸 Reporter: "You saw the reports that missile launchers remain in Iran. Is that accurate?"
🇺🇸 Trump: "No, that’s New York Times fake news. The launchers are probably 80% gone."
Fact: Not NYT but U.S. intelligence reports say 🇮🇷 Iran has restored 100% of its missile capabilities.
This guy’s lost his mind. He’s living in a dream world.
Remember when Judge Cannon blocked release of Vol. II of Jack Smith’s report? The part about the Mar-a-Lago classified documents case? Now there’s an encouraging update & you’ll want to know all about it. https://t.co/w6dLpNaov5
Wow! Eric Schmitt didn’t just get it wrong. His team was warned the texts were unvetted and needed to be verified. He used them anyway.
Not only that, Chuck Grassley’s Judiciary staff left the texts out of its own hearing memo. Schmitt’s team went digging for them, then used them to accuse Jack Smith of perjury.
This wasn’t a mistake. It was a choice to run with something they hadn’t bothered to verify.
Interviewer: I feel like most people heard you say 4-6 weeks.
Trump: No, I think the press fed it to them, so that—look, we were in Vietnam for 21, 20, years.
(Here's Trump saying 4 weeks)
This is a good example of how the White House arrived at its “$11 trillion” figure in supposed “investments” this Trump term— a lot of turning vague non-commitments into supposed specific investments. (Trump himself then added an extra $10 trillion based on nothing.)
As a former staffer, I feel genuinely bad for Mr. Harper.
On another level, Senator Schmitt is an unserious and malicious actor whom Mr. Harper has chosen to serve.
Being a lawyer in Republican politics today means lying for a "greater good". And when you accept that, you make mistakes. Bad ones.
The same Brendan Carr who wanted to investigate NBC because Kamala was on SNL?
The same Brendan Carr who wanted to dismantle independent fact checking and accused them of being a “censorship cartel?”
Periodic reminder that the corruption is a feature, not a bug.
