The bots read the information on invoices. They know where bills/invoices/receipts go as each shop has a different set up. All the stores have a separate email inbox also. Get it to scan your set up. Xero has a developer portal where you can link a grok bot to each Xero entity or profile. The bots analyze everything and make sure bank feeds match invoices.

Honestly, the inbox receipt/invoice extraction, coding for Xero, moving to Xero as a draft for processing. Also picks up on dumb mistakes quickly. I have 1Click pay roll for Rostering to Xero. I have a bot linked to rostering that allows roster approvals via chat. It discusses shifts and variations.
