@Debashi42744155 Happens. I found it'll usually happen faster by reducing the amount of V8 in the agar. In terms of publishing, you might be able to get a paper out based on genetic data, but ideally you'd want conidiophore images. I'd just keep them growing - those images look like they're
@Debashi42744155 Hi Debashish! I generally used agar plates containing V8 vegetable juice. 250 ml/litre juice/ddH2O. I found they sporulated a bit quicker if I reduced the amount of juice to 125 ml/litre. They'll do it quite happily on PDA too though. Sometimes it just takes waiting a while!
