@cambridge_pt @DrScottMurray @smaart_bugger @drpablocorral CTCA can see soft plaque like in Type 4 and 5 on the diagram. But it is currently not used as a screening test, it’s ordered as a diagnostic test for chest pain (similar to using a stress test)

@MPAOSS @ColletCarlos @jeroen_sonck @jcspratt @PCRonline I used a similar technique recently to get a trapped orbital atherectomy burr out of a tight LAD lesion, a Trapliner catheter inflated at the end of the guide catheter worked very well to pull it all out
