@Yell Your team has called back and told me it will be 28 days until they can get back to me. This is exactly what they said 28 days ago andby then we will have wasted another £2700. Anyone else having the same issues with Yell?
@Yell I am working with an SME and your companies customer service has been appalling. We even asked for the contract and 4 weeks later nothing. You claim that the leads you supply are genuine leads but you are recording every single phone number to the business as a lead. WHY.

@BritishGas not sure why I’m paying for home care! 52 min wait for a call, on line booking doesn’t work and I have to pay £60 for a visit on top of my £300 fee. Amazing value please advise how I can actually get ANYTHING done

@ASICSUK I placed an order yesterday and paid £7.95 for next day delivery but just been told it wont arrive until NEXT TUESDAY (this is 4 days!). If I can't get delivery by tomorrow I will cancel can you advise.
@PureGym 2 weeks and the gym at Harrogate is still mainly out of action with no actual work having been done. The offer to use the nearest gym is useless as it’s 20 miles away. Are we all getting compensated
