@mio @DomKent Despite the hype, it’s still early days for team collab. As a customer I’ve found getting real, proper day-to-day adoption internally is struggle enough, with external federation a “nice to have” until the internal case is sorted. Education and training needed on user behaviour!

@tbanting Big difference in “active” between Slack and Teams. Teams opens on start up by default and even users that shut it down and don’t use it again count as being active in their figure.

@DaveMichels Teams is the leader in user base terms, but as you rightly point out Teams is often a forced adoption, whereas Slack is a chosen subscription. Also big differences in what each calls “active” with Slack’s criteria much more stringent than just logging in. https://t.co/MjPWZCG8TF
