@Peanut44546416 @WeWillBeFree24 Haha the guys in fur and Cadillacs, tons of them here in Columbus winning contracts they have no business winning. I’ve seen some crazy approved change orders by the CMHA here. Private work would be 10% of the cost.

That’s not including all the kickbacks they get back from the large GC’s awarded the contracts. Look who always wins the contracts. These gcs are giving them cash filled envelopes, vacations, sporting tickets etc. look at CMHA cost per door vs normal developers, nearly double. I’ve seen this first hand.
