@TheRangeUK unbelievably awful service received today from the Range. Delivery from store received for a garden swing seat. Parts missing and incomplete. Phoned customer service to be told nothing can be done and I have to phone the shop myself.

@DorsetCouncilUK @CllrToniCoombs Yes they already have done, and are being give a more than 76 day turnaround time from application, which is in general completely unacceptable. Particularly so when you are advertising a 56 day average turnaround.

@DorsetCouncilUK Trying to move to Verwood and have been told our land searches won't be back til Feb 2nd, 2022! Originally told they would be returned on 23rd Nov 2021, this is a 4 month(!) turnaround since application! Please help as we will lose our house.
