@JamieBa39645902@SkyNews You can guarantee those that are against it are either on it doom scrolling all the time or using tech as a parent/means to keep them quiet. We control it for ours too, its too much for them.

@mashable Its been an absolute mess, having to re-work integrations literally overnight, only to find they break again the following day due to undocumented changes. We're now paying and its broken again... can't see a way to actually work with this API reliably.
@OctopusEnergy Very aware, have been told that for literally years, the Comms hub isn't even connected to the wan, so how anyone is going to update it and get it online is a good question, in home display is dead too. I just want to get it fixed so I can use the alternate tariffs
@OctopusEnergy how do we go about getting a working smets2 meter, had smart meter since '14, been dumb most of its life. Fed up of 'itll be enrolled soon' from various providers. Want to be able to use alternative/more suitable tarrifs.
@OctopusEnergy Would love to, how soon before bulb accounts that migrate can get a working smart meter (SMETS1 -> something usable) and join in? Not had a working smart meter since 2018.
@OctopusEnergy So how soon after being brought over from bulb can we get a working smart meter (smets1 ex British gas meter that's not worked smartly for 5+ years... )
