@HSBC_US I’ve been a customer for 30 yrs and leaving as your incompetence is limitless. Taken over 3 weeks and 10+ hrs to make a simple wire transfer and still no success. Meanwhile my contractors are threatening to walk off my job site. No words to capture my frustration.

Also, I suspect that the whole reasons this wire has been held is because the recipient has a Latin X sounding name. I think this is discrimination and will find the appropriate place to report this.
